Purchase Contract
Kittens

• If you are interested in one of our kittens, the first step is to contact us and let us know of your interest in our Bengals. If your interest can be met, and Titan Bengals is certain you can provide a quality home for one of our Bengals, the next step is to send in a deposit, followed by sending in the purchase contract with full payment. The final step is to take your new kitten home.



• If you would like to be put on our contact list when our next litter of kittens arrive, or when we update photos of our kittens, please email us and we will add your name to our list.



• All our kittens are house raised and under foot, come with a written health guarantee, will be up-to-date on vaccinations, socialized with other cats, weaned onto solid food, and litter trained before leaving for a new home.



• Kittens are held by deposit only and deposits are non-refundable. Kittens are held on a first deposited, first reserved basis. Deposits are $150 for pet kittens and $300 for show/breeder kittens. After placing a deposit down, new photos of your kitten will be emailed to you weekly until your Bengal is ready to go to its new home.



• Deposits and/or payment for kittens can be made by PayPal, money order, cashier's check, Western Union wire transfer, or with cash. No personal checks are accepted.



• If for some reason, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide you your selected kitten after placing a down payment we will refund your deposit in full.



• If you purchase one of our Bengals as a pet versus for breeder or show potential, it must be spayed/neutered by the age of six months. Pedigree and registration papers will be provided after receiving a veterinarian's certificate of spay/neutering.



• Kittens must be paid in full and Titan Bengals must have a signed purchase contract before leaving for their new homes.



• Prices on pet kittens start at $500 and up
  
• Prices on breeder kittens start at $1200 and up
  
• Prices on show kittens start at $1500 and up
  


• Our kittens will be at least 12 weeks of age before sending them to their new home.
  
  
• Titan Bengals reserves the right to refuse to sell our kittens to anyone that we do not feel will provide an appropriate home for our Bengal kittens.



• We prefer kittens are picked up in person, as it is less stressful for the kittens, but kittens can be shipped when needed. Airline charges, kennel fees, and a health certificate for shipping will be an additional cost between $150 to $300. We only ship in continental U.S. and Canada.



• Titan Bengals guarantees our kittens against untreatable life threatening congenital defects for the first year of life.
